How it Works.

Ready to place your order? Here’s how we do things at Ballerina Bakery, no stress, no confusion. Follow our step-by-step guide on how we handle your order :)

  • Go to our Menu page to choose your favorite treats from our rotating selection of cookies, loaves, and more. If there’s something you don’t see and would like us to make, please submit a request through our Contact Us page or email us.

  • Once you’ve added to cart go to the Cart page to fill out your order form- you choose your preferred delivery/pickup method and time.

  • After receiving your order, we will send your receipt promptly. If custom ordering through email, we will send a separate invoice and receipt. A form will be attached to confirm local delivery, shipping, or pickup. We also offer no-contact delivery drop-off.

  • Once paid, your order is baked to order and carefully packaged with grace.

  • Get excited! This is when you’ll receive your goodies via local delivery/pickup or shipment. We offer free local delivery for a scheduled time.
